The Ice Dragon

This game is still a work in progress — it isn't the most fun it can be just yet. If you play it, we'd love your feedback on what to improve: tell us here.

The full board game, online, for 2 to 6 players — or on your own against two computer players. Pick a Knight, an Archer or a Mage, race across a board that forks in two, free the Barbarian to fight at your side, gather the four Frost Gate Keys, and be the first to bring down Fenrirak.

Three at the table, one of each class. You choose first and the computer takes the other two.

How it plays

Roll one die and move. Do what your square says. Beat monsters to collect the four Frost Gate Keys, open the Gate, and bring down Fenrirak in the arena.

Land on the same square as another player and you fight them — that part is not optional. Free the Barbarian at his cave and he fights at your side against Fenrirak and in duels, until someone beats you in one and wins him over instead. Playing on your own is the same game, not a smaller one: the two computer players choose their own gear, weigh up whether a fight is worth having, haggle at the Merchant and decide for themselves how much of a movement bonus they actually want.

Everything in one place — takes a minute.
